High School Data Center Asset Tracking Project
A new project has launched in a high school project in the middle of China recently.
Etrakin Asset Tracking solution (a Smart IoT company) provides latest solution for the new data center in the high school of Hubei this week, which covers the IT assets over 50 racks as well as its warehouse assets.
With the new asset tracking system, the IDC operator will be able to manage and monitor all their IT assets lively from the Etrakin Platform, to know whether their assets are online or offline, and all the operation process are authorized or not; also with remote RGB LED control function, the site operation can easily find out the right u-space inside the rack, and operation the right IT assets with error.
“This system help us to find the right IT server instantly.” Said Yun, the leader of the operation team of the data center, “In the past, when we received the ticket, we have to locate the IT server for a quite time, and when we get the right rack, we have to be very careful so that we dont touch any wrong target; now when we get the ticket, the target IT server will be indicated by RGB LED remotely in correct U-space, and we will not be afraid to make any mistake to touch any wrong devices.”
